At Shop Modern, we offer free shipping where stated on selected products (this may have a surcharge on some areas).

Otherwise, our Home Delivery option costs just £35.00

There is also Home Delivery XTRA for areas that require a surcharge, which costs just £59.00

We aim to deliver items in stock within 14 days maximum. If there is a delivery time required, it may be up to 4 weeks. 

Busier periods or products in high demand,  could result in increased delivery times, but we will be upfront and honest all the way, read more about our honesty policy below.

At Shop Modern, we understand you want your items as soon as possible. But with the nature of the high demand for furniture, delivery times can be increased.

All our products state their average delivery time, but during busier periods, these delivery times may increase particularly with sofas and beds. A normal 5 week lead time may turn into 7 or 8, and even 9, 10 and 11 weeks at times. However, we won't mislead you to get your sale, we will give you our honest expected lead time and we will be chasing our suppliers all the way so you don't have to. 

If any delays occur we will be the first to let you know and will endeavour to keep you updated as much as possible.

We have a strict message response policy at Shop Modern. We don't want you to be in the dark with your order and this is why we aim to respond to all messages within a maximum of 48 hours. This includes social media messages as well as emails.
